- Enhance the culture and awareness of health, safety, and environmental issues, and promote a sense of responsibility and participation among personnel, contractors, and other stakeholders through knowledge advancement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental laws and regulations tailored to the company's processes and operations.
- Allocate all necessary resources to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the health, safety, and environmental management system, while empowering and developing human resources as the company's most valuable asset.
- Identify, eliminate, reduce, or control health, safety, and environmental risks to the extent possible, and prevent the occurrence of undesirable consequences arising from the company's activities and services.
- Identify the risks and opportunities of the company to strengthen strengths in creating environmental aspects.
- Environmental protection, prevention, and reduction of environmental pollution through a life cycle approach to system processes by developing green spaces and sustainable water resources revitalization.
- Selection, evaluation, and assurance of contractor performance alignment with health, safety, and environmental management system patterns.
- Providing consultative space and encouraging employees to adhere to HSE considerations and striving to prevent adverse consequences on life, finances, and the environment.
- Continuous monitoring of all executive activities in a manner that managers, supervisors, officials, and foremen in their operational areas are responsible for implementing HSE laws, regulations, and guidelines.
